Photography
Like a lot of other people, I grew up owning a camera and taking the usual snapshots. One of the first purchases I made from my paper route was for an Ansco Ready Flash camera outfit with the vinyl camera bag, flash bulbs and I think a roll of film. I used it through my time in the Coast Guard. Through the years I have changed point and shoot cameras and even got interested in 8mm movies. Around 1988 or 89 I purchased a 35mm camera. A Fujica AX3 with a couple of lenses and you can guess the rest. About 1991 I heard about a free camera class run by a now friend of mine Carl Nilson. That led to my involvement in the Memphis Camera Club. I am primarily a nature photographer that will dabble in other types of photographic subject matter.
This web site allows me to share my passion for photography with those of you that I don't see on a regular basis. I hope to update this site on a semi regular basis by adding any new images that I have taken and also to include images of those that I hold dear. Sue the kids and the Grandkids. I hope that you find this site enjoyable. Come back often.
